Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located.
All users that are not joined to the domain receive this error message. This is a new Exchange/Outlook 2007 environment not an upgrade/migration. I have read and tried everthing I found on this problem and nothing woks. Any ides? Call me @ 858-518-5461

Have you created a auto discover DNS entry ? This is needed for the auto discovery service to run OK. Outlook 2007 uses this service to option information (such as the url) of the OAB.Also have a look at the following KBJohan

OK here is the solution:
I had to add autodiscover.domain.com to DNS and give it the same IP as my CA server then I started getting SSL cert errors and I then had to reissue a UCC cert and add the autodiscover.domain.com as one of the domains. Now I am successfully downloading the address book.
